Shipment will be carried out via carriers defined by RBR di Bernardi snc or its delegates, unless differently agreed upon.

We ship with couriers specialized in furniture to guarantee service level and product integrity; shipments of small packages or substitutions may also be made by express courier.

The merchandise travels at the risk and expense of the buyer.



The purely indicative time of delivery is approximately 30 working days after the order has been made. However, this delivery time may be modified for force majeure such or traffic and road conditions or by act of the authorities.

Delivery will be made during office hours, unless differently stated in writing by the two parties, from 8:00 to 18:00 of every working day, from Monday to Friday.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer who must also provide a phone number for the courier to use when contacting him or her for the delivery.

Delivery of the goods may depend on place of reception and forwarder conditions.



We put a lot of care in packaging our products.

If at the moment of delivery, the package appears damaged or broken from the outside please put the following statement on the delivery note together with the courier’s and your signature:

I accept the package, reserving to control it because it appears damaged.

Please notify us immediately of your acceptance with reservation.

If the courier refuses to sign the control reserve, immediately reject the shipment and notify your refusal to our Customer Service.
